94-Year-Old Pancheros Mexican Grill Operator Launches 6th Restaurant

Bob Thomson is a successful multi-unit operator with Pancheros Mexican Grill. He's just opened his 6th location, this time in Apple Valley, Minnesota. But he's not finished and the 94-year-old operator says he plans to bring even more locations to the area. He's proof that you're never too old to be in franchising.

Thomson is a Minnesota native who has a history of operating successful restaurants coupled with a passion for bringing more Pancheros restaurants to his market. He runs his operation with the skills and experience he has acquired over more than 40 years of restaurant ownership.

Thomson's other Pancheros locations are in Arden Hills, Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Fridley, and Golden Valley.

Pancheros was founded in 1992 and now has 8 locations in Minnesota and more than 60 units in 13 states.
