Chicken Salad Chick Partners Open Another North Texas Location

Hugo Del Pozzo and business partner Paul Grilli opened their newest Chicken Salad Chick restaurant this week in Frisco, a Dallas suburb. It marks the fourth location for their Metroplex CSC, LLC.

Del Pozzo and Vice President of Operations Grilli previously worked with several company-owned Chicken Salad Chick locations before opening their first franchise Chicken Salad Chick in 2019 in Irving. Since then the duo has gone on to open additional locations nearby in McKinney and Arlington.

Del Pozzo is involved in other franchise brands in his home state of Texas and serves as managing director of Bravo Equity Partners. He and his operating partners have a Pizza Patron location in Fort Worth, two more in Austin, and nine locations in Houston. They also operate one Dave's Hot Chicken location in Arlington and two in Fort Worth.
