Duo Opening More Newk's Eatery Restaurants in Texas and Oklahoma

Matthew Biggers and Cuyler Esposito are bringing 18 new Newk's Eatery restaurants to Texas and Oklahoma. Under a new development agreement, the duo's Full Belly Holdings, LLC, will open 10 stores in the Dallas area and 8 more locations throughout Oklahoma City, Norman, Moore, and Stillwater, Oklahoma.

"When we had the opportunity to continue Newk's expansion across two thriving metro-area communities, we jumped at it," said co-owner Esposito. "Our partnership with Newk's has been a great experience since the beginning and we're looking forward to bringing more locations to neighborhoods throughout Texas and Oklahoma."

Together, Biggers and Esposito currently operate 3 Newk's locations in the Dallas market.

Newk's Eatery has more than 120 restaurants in 16 states.
