Pembroke Mall Max & Erma's Gets a Make-Over, Grand Re-Opening Scheduled

Background: The Virginia Beach restaurant, located in the Pembroke Mall, was given a complete, inside-and-outside makeover that represents a significant investment in the local community. Area diners will enjoy Max & Erma's fun, all-new look. But don't worry—guests who love the admittedly kitschy décor that made Max & Erma's famous won't be disappointed. While the restaurant has been updated, there's still plenty of fun memorabilia adorning the place.

Also on April 4th, the Pembroke Mall Max & Erma's is holding a FUNdraiser for charity partner Sigma Sigma Sigma for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Max & Erma's will donate 20 percent of that day's purchases to the Virginia Wesleyan sorority's efforts to help eradicate cystic fibrosis.
