The duo, with deep ties to the Fort Worth community, brings extensive restaurant and hospitality experience into their new venture with Smalls. Coming from a family deeply rooted in the restaurant industry, the duo gained early exposure to what it takes to succeed in the business. Having watched their family build, scale, and operate large, franchised restaurant brands, they developed a strong foundation in operations, leadership, and brand growth.
