Potbelly Sandwich Shop Opens in Missouri City, Texas

Opening on Saturday, November 15, Potbelly in Missouri City is situated within The Shops at Oyster Creek, a vibrant retail hub at the intersection of Highway 6 and Oyster Creek Place. Missouri City is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, growing retail scene and convenient access to Downtown Houston, making this location ideal for serving residents, commuters and the local workforce. With its craveable menu of toasty sandwiches and wraps, signature salads, hand-dipped shakes and freshly-baked cookies, Potbelly in Missouri City is ready to become the go-to neighborhood dining spot.

Biddy Restaurant Group (BRG), led by Dana and Richard Biddy, brings decades of experience in leadership, operations, business growth and team building to the new shop. This location marks the first of 10 shops that BRG will own and operate, starting a significant H-Town expansion for the brand.

To celebrate the opening, Potbelly will host a memorable Grand Opening celebration on Saturday, December 6, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. The festivities will begin at 9:45 a.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. As part of the celebration, Potbelly will give the first 50 guests in line Free Potbelly for a Year. Attendees can also enjoy exclusive Potbelly merchandise, coupons, and samples of the brand’s craveable menu during an unforgettable celebration.

Regular operating hours for this shop are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. Delivery, order ahead and catering are available in-shop, through Potbelly.com or the Potbelly App. Additionally, Potbelly in Missouri City will be offering delivery through third-party services, increasing the shop’s accessibility to the community.
